Shropshire Process Servers.

For a fixed price service in Shropshire, our Process Server will make 3 visits to an address to serve documents on an individual and at least one of these will be out of normal working hours visit to the address. You will receive the appropriate proof of service for each type of document served or a full report on each case.

Our Process Servers are locally based, and each task is carried out by experienced operatives so that the correct procedures are followed, and the relevant statements of service are provided.

Process Serving is when legal documents are served on a person or company so they cannot claim that documents have been lost in the post.

Some documents have to be served in person, but certain ones can be left at an address if certain procedures are followed, it all depends on the type of document and of course the client’s instructions for each case. If respondents are evading service a statement will be provided requesting permission for substituted service that can be presented to the Court. We have even served people in prisons.

Not as much as you would think, Shropshire Process Servers are locally based within Nottinghamshire and operate all over the County of Shropshire on a fixed fee basis. We provide a full and professional service for as little as £100 + VAT which will include a full report and/or the relevant proof of service for the documents that were served.

Process Servers do not normally contact the respondents before attempting to personally serve documents on people as they can be evasive and avoid service but in some cases this method can be useful.

Yes once a prior arrangement has been made our process server can attend any courts within Shropshire and collect your documents service anywhere in the County of Shropshire and it’s surrounding area.
